Eric FreemanBeing at Clear Connections is my first experience with chiropractic care. I’m not going to lie I was a tad bit skeptical going into it. I am a coach and an athlete with a pretty high volume training regimen and have dealt with a good amount of pain. That being said, I try to do what I can to take care of my body through mobility, flexibility, dry needling, cupping, you name it, and of course rest. Chiropractic care was sort of a last resort for me and honestly I wish I would have started it earlier. Sean, Mackenzie, and Krystal are gentle and caring all while getting you adjusted properly and getting your body to move the way it should. I love how at Clear Connections they give a thorough exam of your issues before actually making any adjustments, and how they try to educate their patients on why subluxations can occur and how to prevent them (through proper posture). I love going in and getting adjusted and I’ve been feeling 10x better since I’ve been going there, and I hardly get headaches anymore. In late March I came to them 2 weeks prior to a golf trip to Myrtle Beach in tremendous pain. They got me ready to golf and since then have made steady progress and my quality of life has improved drastically.
